Did you get the chance to take a glimpse at the new NDSi? Perhaps Nintendo saw a bit of a threat with the iPhone / iPod Touch approach to video gaming. For the first time we see the DS taking over other things rather than gaming (exclusively), by including some media player features, plus 2 cameras (one for chatting + gaming, one for taking pictures at least for the start).
The question is, in terms of portable consoles, which one you like the most? Is the PSP staying a bit behind on design?
I think the PSP was the first to have it all, media playing features, internet connection, a beautiful big screen and great gaming performance. Not to mention, its big design allows yo to feel more comfortable playing and of course, unlike the iTouch / iPhone, it has buttons! The efforts on making games for non - button devices is quite creative but after a while (at least for me) becomes quite boring.
PSP Fanboy published this image yesterday comparing the size of the three consoles. Which do you prefer? Design or performance (I’d like to have both in terms of video gaming).
